Sample Data for Import (SECTINEL Upstream)
==========================================

These sample CSV files show the expected structure for each dataset
you can import into the AI Procurement Intelligence system.
Replace the sample data with your own and import — no renaming needed.

DAILY USAGE FILES
-----------------
suppliers.csv Supplier directory: name, country, categories,
                       products/services, annual revenue, certifications.
spend.csv Purchase transactions: supplier, amount, date,
category taxonomy (N1/N2/N3), cost center, requester.
contracts.csv Contracts: title, supplier, type, amount, period,
                       status, incoterm, renewal terms.
offers.csv Tender offers: supplier, price, currency, and 4
evaluation scores (prix, tco, rse, delais).
NOTE: Not a generic import. First create a tender
(Appel d'Offres), then attach the CSV and say:
"Here are the offers for AO {id}".

MARKET INTELLIGENCE FILES
-------------------------
veille_alerts.csv Market watch alerts: title, content, source,
                       category, severity, date, source_url, country,
sector. Import via "Import these market alerts"
                       (target: veille).

HOW TO IMPORT
-------------
1. Open the app chat.
2. Attach the CSV file with the + button.
3. Say: "Import these suppliers" (or transactions / contracts /
   market alerts / offers).
4. The AI validates the data, shows quality score and detected errors,
   then imports on your confirmation.

NOTE: File names do not matter for import. The system routes based on
your chat message, not the file name. Keep or change the names freely.

NOTES
-----
- All company names, people, and figures are fictional sample data.
- Dates use ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Amounts are without tax (HT).
- The 4 score columns in offers.csv map to the default evaluation
  criteria: Prix (30%), TCO (25%), RSE (25%), Delais (20%).
  Weights are adjustable per tender.
- Replace the sample data with your own company data before importing.
